LayerUP-NL 9b36178caf feat: add Norwegian tunnel overlay to mobile app 
Port the NorwegianTunnels layer from the web frontend (Leaflet) to
MapLibre React Native. Features:
- 1595 tunnels with color-coded markers by cycle status
- Clustered markers that expand on zoom
- Tap tunnel for detail modal (status, length, lighting, alt route,
  cycletourer comments)
- Toggle button (pickaxe icon) on map screens
- Lazy-loaded GeoJSON with in-memory cache
- Integrated in ActiveTripScreen and TripDetailScreen MapTab
